- Board meets 24-28 times per year & 14 committees which each meet 5-30+/- per year.
- Appoints 40+ advisory committees & commissions.
- Annual budget $400,000,000 for: sheriff, courts, highways, clerk, state’s attorney, election commission, storm water management, health, coroner, and others
- Approves taxes, fees, contracts, resolutions, hiring, See co.dupage.il.us
County Board Membership & District 4:
- 8 Members are elected from 6 districts & the chairman is elected county wide.
- District 4 & each district has 3 members serving a population of approximately 150,000
