After careful consideration, the Democratic Party of Milton Township is delighted to bestow the title of Precinct Committee Person of the Year upon Michael Nachman. When faced with a multiweek delay in receiving new data for the redistricted precincts in Milton Township, Mr. Nachman devised a solution that allowed the Get Out to Vote effort to proceed on time. "Mike Nachman stepped forward immediately," remarked Dennis Terdy, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Milton Township. "Mike’s steadfast support of our precinct committee members ensures they are able to continue to engage voters, keep them informed, and get them to vote. This was an easy, unanimous decision on the part of Milton Township Democrats.”
Illinois Third District Congresswoman Delia Ramirez presented the award at the monthly meeting of the Democratic Party of Milton Township.
