Accomplishments

• Financial Chair of DuPage County Board

• 26 years of serving in a public service government job

• Chair of Food Pantry garden that feeds the food insecure 

Priorities When Elected

• Working to help DuPage residents facing food and housing insecurity due to cuts in federal spending due to the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill”

• Overseeing construction of a new maintenance facility so DuPage County can continue to provide great roads and trails

My goal as DuPage County Clerk is to fight for everyone's right to vote as well as protect vital records. I will also protect our County against the extreme policies, misinformation and unconstitutional decisions coming from the Federal government.

I am committed to supporting initiatives that expand access to healthcare, combat food insecurity, and create economic opportunities—especially for those in marginalized communities. Accomplishments

I helped deliver Milton Township’s first Mental Health Board, expanding access to critical mental health services for residents in need. 

I played a key role in stopping a $70 million taxpayer-funded expansion of the DuPage County Jail—an unnecessary and wasteful project. 

• DuPage County Regional Board of School Trustees, 2016—present. 

• Milton Township Trustee, 2025—present.

My lifelong passion is fighting for those too often left behind. I am dedicated to expanding our food networks and ensuring that every family has access to the healthy, reliable meals they deserve. 

A stronger community starts with compassion and opportunity, and I will continue fighting to expand affordable housing options so every family can thrive and look forward to a brighter future. 

I will always be a responsible steward of taxpayer dollars—ensuring that every decision reflects fiscal responsibility and the best interests of our community.

• Finding solutions to compensate for the lost of funding for Veteran's, Medicaid and SNAP recipients

• Currently serving on the DuPage County Board and the only Latina on the Board, bringing a voice and perspective that has historically been underrepresented.

• Built a successful small business from the ground up, creating partnerships with global manufacturers and industry leaders while helping others start and grow their own businesses.

• Successfully advocated for stronger protections for immigrant communities, including supporting policies that keep county services accessible and safe for all residents.
